Aloha Veggies was a true collaboration — the recipes are mine, but the heart of this book's design belongs to my husband Moses. He created seventeen original illustrations, each one inspired by Hawaiian quilt traditions and rooted in the plants and places that fill the pages. They're woven throughout the book, and now they're yours to enjoy.
